Phosphating is the chemical procedure designed for the steel's surface. In the whole procedure, you rarely get the soluble metal phosphate layers formed on its base. What are the Phosphate coatings?

Phosphating is the process of transforming a steel surface to iron Phosphate. This method is mostly used for the pretreatment method in conjunction with another corrosion method. The Phosphating layer includes materials like zinc, iron, manganese crystals and more!
